Flat pricing.
No per-minute games.

Answering services love billing tricks: per call, per transfer, per "patch." We charge a flat monthly price, publish the overage rate, and put the guarantee in writing.

What the minutes mean: a typical answered call runs 2 to 4 minutes, so 300 minutes covers roughly 75 to 150 calls a month.

The pilot guarantee, in writing

$199 flat for 30 days. One captured after-hours job usually covers it. If not one Argus-answered caller books work with you, the pilot is free: full refund, automatically. We check the call logs, so you never have to ask. It never auto-converts to a paid plan. On day 31 you pick a plan or walk away with your results report, and either answer is fine with us.

For scale: Ruby Professional, the human answering service, charges $395 a month for 100 answered minutes. Standard is 300 minutes for $399, around the clock.
